Gaggia Baby Ivory Coffee Machine
The Gaggia Baby Ivory is one of the new ‘Baby’ range of coffee makers from Gaggia.
In an attractive, classic, shade of ivory, with its electronic control panel and polished metal front panel, the Gaggia Baby Ivory mixes traditional and contemporary features, ensuring that this coffee machine will look equally at home in a cozy, country-style kitchen, as it does in ultra-modern surroundings.
In keeping with Gaggia tradition, the machine has the benefit of the Gaggia professional boiler and filter holder, and with one or two cup filters – as well as a special filter for Easy Serve Espresso pods – the Gaggia Baby Ivory allows you the flexibility of enjoying freshly ground coffee, or the convenient option of simply popping in a coffee pod if you fancy a change.
The rotating Panarello steamer attachment quickly heats and and froths milk to perfection, ensuring that cups of steaming cappuccino or hot chocolate are adorned with a deliciously creamy layer of foam. In addition, the Gaggia Baby Ivory will deliver your cup of espresso with a perfect layer of creme.
As used in the larger, commercial Gaggia machines, this Gaggia Baby also features a professional chromed brass filter holder and ring, which ensure that a consistent temperature is maintained throughout the entire coffee making process – crucial for a great quality brew. To further enhance the flavor of the coffee, a special Gaggia solenoid valve distributes the water in a broad shower-effect throughout the grounds, which helps to eradicate potential hotspots in the coffee, which could cause it to burn and impair its flavor.
The machine has a removable water tank, with a capacity of 1.6 liters, and an optional water filter, which will not only help to keep the unit cleaner, but ensure that the coffee which is produced has a much purer flavor.
As well as making a terrific cup of coffee, the versatile Gaggia Baby Ivory will heat water for tea, herbal infusions, or any number of hot beverages, and, thanks to its detachable components, is extremely easy to keep clean.

Very Reliable
Sleek, sexy and romantic. That's the first impression I got when laying eyes on the Gaggia Baby Coffee Maker. But beneath the surface things heat up a little beyond physical attraction with it's user friendly components. Besides, what good is a coffee maker if doesn't handle what it was built to do, no matter how stylish it looks. Well no need to worry here, from the handle to the removable tray, everything fits seamlessly and is organized for quality maintenance and easy cleaning. When you rev it up it runs like a Cadillac, with it's smooth, quiet components. Simplicity is a natural feature in this machine's operation. You can whip up an espresso in the wee hours of the night while "sleepwalking" to your kitchen without missing a beat. I also found it to be pretty reliable and durable with a modern look that blends into any kitchen setting. Pretty awesome.
Fantastic Coffee Machine
I was looking to buy a coffee machine as a present for my wife. Spent whole week researching espresso makers and it became obvious that Gaggia was the only choice.
I was looking to buy a Cubika model but read quite a few negative reviews. At the same time I discovered the New Baby model really the Gaggia Classic model in a different (non metal) body.
Once deleivered I can\'t get over how beautiful it is, It is som much more sturdy than the Gaggia Espresso Dose which does look a bit cheap up close. I have already made a few cups and the coffee is great, just need to practice and create my own special brew. Gaggia know how to put these things together, I would recomend this coffee machine without hesitation.
Now I can enjoy real propper coffee at home when ever I want.
